- Offer Wealth Management Lectures to Community Residents
In keeping with the spirit of pursuing prosperity together with the community where it does business, E. SUN teams up with the National Teachers’ Association to offer lectures on tax and wealth management at all levels of schools. Similar events are also made available at companies or organizations in the vicinity of E. SUN outlets. These occasions go a long way toward building a closer relationship with local schools and teachers as well as helping community residents enhance their understanding of financial matters.
- Keep the Neighborhood Clean
E. SUN employees consider it a daily duty to help preserve a clean neighborhood around their workplace. Every morning, managers and clerks of every branch will clean up the premises and greet their neighbors before the start of business hours, rain or shine. As the day unfolds, a clerk is charged with the upkeep of environmental cleanliness inside and outside the bank. Meanwhile, the same duty is listed as a key part of the SOP required of E. SUN employees when they are put on duty.
- Holiday Services
In 2008, E. SUN launched holiday services at the Shilin and Yongan branches—from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. In addition to handling deposits, withdrawals and remittances, they will help community residents examine their financial health or offer various lectures meant for the entire family. These public service events are certainly conducive to helping the company’s being accepted as a welcome neighbor throughout the community.
- E. SUN as Housekeeper
A community is where a good number of households cluster together. And they certainly look forward to a way of managing expenses for community upkeep that is both convenient and safe. E. SUN launched its “Golden Housekeeper” program in 2008.
