In addition to disclosing company information in an open and transparent manner, the investor relations department holds investor briefings regularly and makes arrangements for E. SUN executives to attend domestic and overseas investor forums or roadshows hosted by foreign brokerages from time to time. These are occasions for the company to elaborate on its operating status, financial performance, strategic development, business guidelines, etc. On the company’s official website, there is an investor relations section—both in Chinese and in English—where investors are free to make real-time queries; download the company’s financial statements, annual reports and other key information; or simply browse for information with regard to the company’s recent share prices, investor briefings or shareholders’ meetings.
