Corporate Information Transparency

Entrusted by the Taiwan Stock Exchange and the GreTai Securities Market, the Securities and Futures Institute (SFI) has initiated an information disclosure evaluation system. The transparency of information disclosure by listed companies is assessed in the following five categories: statutory compliance, timeliness, disclosure of forward-looking financial numbers, disclosure of information from annual reports, and information disclosure on corporate websites.

E. SUN was ranked A+ and rated as an entity more transparent than most when it comes to voluntary disclosure in the SFI’s evaluations in three consecutive years (2009~2011). E. SUN is apparently recognized as a financial holding company devoted to information disclosure in an open, transparent and timely manner—something that is of utmost importance to the interests of interested parties.
